Complete gut renovation of 1500 sq ft two bed / two bath space in Murray Hill. Job consisted of expanding size of Master bath (to include a modified water closet), complete guest bath, new hardwood flooring throughout, custom closets, doors, new windows & custom honed slate window sills throughout and refurbishing of exposed brick in living room. RPCG combined two apartments creating one larger space featuring: our custom kitchen cabinets, two custom vanities, custom storage cabinet, and custom granite countertops. We capped-off one of the pre-existing kitchens and converted into additional bedroom; completed two full bathrooms (expanding the size of one of them); installed hardwood flooring; stone tile; treated and exposed brick in living room and bedroom.
